A JOY-FUELED PROCESS

The 3 Stages of Our Training Pathway

Here’s an overview of the big picture: from your first intro call and Church 101 experience, into your ongoing community of practice, and finally on to facilitator training.

LEVEL 1: FounDATIONAL RHYTHMS

Church 101

This 6-week, facilitated course helps people learn to be church as deeply connected spiritual family. Meeting once a week, you train in community to practice 2 simple rhythms as close to daily as possible that facilitate heart-to-heart connection with each other and with God.  This practice creates a firm foundation to nurture a “Vibrant Family of Jesus.”

Level 2: Spiritual Formation and Relational Brain SKills

Communities of Practice

These groups of 6-8 Christians commit to lead themselves well through giving and receiving within highly skilled peer relationships. Members deepen their practice of connecting heart to heart with other and with God together, growing their spiritual maturity, their relational brain skills, and their capacity to listen to Jesus in order to be and to multiply vibrant families of Jesus.

Level 3: Nurturing Whole Communities

Facilitator Training

Our LK10 Facilitator Training uses discovery learning to forge facilitators who can effectively and consistently facilitate joy-fueled, Jesus-led community.  Observing, doing, and debriefing sets the stage for exploration of

  • how Jesus uniquely shows up through you,
  • how faithfully you can live the values you aspire to, and
  • How you can facilitate in a way that nurtures secure attachment with each other and God.
