Part 3: Practice and coaching to nurture whole communities

Facilitator Training

Deepen the skills of a spiritual parent and care for entire communities. We call this “facilitating” joy fueled, Jesus led churches and Christ communities.

Stage 3: Foster Whole Communities

Facilitator Training

Our LK10 Facilitator Training uses discovery learning to forge facilitators who can effectively and consistently facilitate joy-fueled, Jesus-led community.  Observing, doing, and debriefing sets the stage for exploration of

  • how Jesus uniquely shows up through you,
  • how faithfully you can live the values you aspire to, and
  • How you can facilitate in a way that nurtures secure attachment with each other and God.

Become a LK10 Facilitator

Do you feel called to nurture and train others in organic, Jesus-led communities? Do you long to facilitate community in such a way that secure attachments grow?

LK10 Facilitators are spiritual moms and dads who nurture joy-fueled, Jesus- led families/communities and train others to do the same.

Spiritual Parenting Requires Skill and Experience

In LK10, we believe that to see a Vibrant Family of Jesus within reach of everyone, we need spiritual parents who can consistently and effectively nurture heart-to-heart connection with God in community.

If salvation = secure attachment with God, and church = secure attachment with God and each other together, then how do we lead in such a way that nurtures these healthy relational connections?

That’s why we’ve created Facilitator Training, a hands-on process designed to equip you with the skills, confidence, and experience to facilitate joy-fueled, Jesus-led communities of practice.

“To teach [or facilitate] is to open a space where truth can be practiced.”

-Parker Palmer
