Facilitating (#3): Developing a culture of honor in your group
Key verse: Romans 12:10. “Out do one another in showing honor.” To honor means to identify and celebrate value in another. Note that this command was given to the church as a group. This is a group function. So, really healthy groups cultivate a “culture of honor”
Facilitating (#2): Discipling a group (as a group)
If you, as the leader, will disciple the group, the group will disciple its members. (And, the group has a far greater capacity for discipling its members than you do as an individual!)

Leading (discipling) a group is way more powerful than leading (discipling) the individuals in a group.
