I am very excited to announce to you LK10 2.0!  We’ve learned a lot in the last seven years.  The Lord has led us to develop many new “tools” to help people grow in their relationship with Him and to help develop a growing number of healthy house churches. We’ve trained over 1700 people with those tools.  Building on what we have learned, our sense is that the Lord is moving us into a new chapter (call it LK10 2.0).  Many of the “upgrades” in LK10 will be reflected in a new website.  This is where we need your help!

Two ways you can help with the new website…

1.  Tell us what you think.  Scroll down to the bottom of this post to take a look at the mock up of the entire home page of the new website that Tim Morris has done for us.  This is just a first draft so we want your comments.  What do you like?  What’s not clear?  What could be improved?  Scroll all the way down to “Leave a Reply” and tell us what you think.

2.  Help us pay for it.  The finished website will cost about $5000.  (In addition, we need end-of-the year contributions to make up for budget shortfall.)  If everyone who reads this blog and who has benefitted from the ministry of LK10 could contribute $50, we can get this done.  (I believe the Lord will lead some of you to contribute significantly larger amounts.)

• Reaching more people.   Or, perhaps we should say, making it easier for people to find us.  Currently, 3400 people a month do a Google search for “house church” or “simple church”. Unfortunately, LK10 does not currently show up on even the first 10 pages of Google for those terms. Our new website (and my blog posts) will be oriented to SEO… Search Engine Optimization.
