A year ago, Scott and Janice Galbraith attended the LK10 Labor Day Weekend Conference. Prior to this, Scott said that he had been a “lurker” on the LK10 website. He loved what he was reading there (checking in with SASHET, etc.) but wasn’t exactly sure how to implement those practices. Ten minutes into his Table Church at the Conference, he had experienced first hand how these simple rhythms could produce deep community.
Following the Conference, Scott joined in on our leader “hangouts” with Google Plus and went deeper into the LK10 values and practices. These rhythms transformed his approach to ministry and we invited him to be the LK10 Coordinator for Belgium. A month ago, Scott and Janice were passing through Denver on their way back to Belgium after a year on furlough in the US. I met with them at the airport and did the interview below with Scott.
Since the Galbraiths have been back in Belgium, Scott reports that the Lord is opening up all kinds of ministry. Just this week, he wrote, “I’m getting ready to train 3 guys in CO2 and both house fellowships with which we’re involved are starting to work on it… I’m really excited about what’s going on and we’re just scratching the surface now…We have been so blessed by what we’ve learned!”
