CO2 (Church of two) – Changing Christian culture

When we started this Experiment on October 1, we had 52 members (aka “mad scientists”). Today we have 68. It’s not too late to invite others to join the party.

Peg Batcheller in Albuquerque, NM copied one of the Daily Posts and sent it to a bunch of her friends. Here’s what she said:

“Friends, If you haven’t signed up for these updates, I’d like to invite you to read these posts for the month of October. It is easy to subscribe. Just scroll to the bottom of the page, and go through the enrollment process. These stories and resources are great! And I am finding that these groups of 2 are what is going to change our christian culture. Those in traditional churches will benefit as well as simple church. I can see communities being relationally affected by this growing with each other. Try it and see! Yours for the Kingdom spreading in our cities, Peg”

Kent Smith in Abilene, TX suggested: “It strikes me that we are coming up on the half way mark of the October Experiment. Perhaps this would be a good time to send out a general LK10 update and let people know it’s not too late to get in on the action. I’d especially encourage people to go back and look at the previous posts–and responses. Some very encouraging, helpful stuff here. Blessings, Kent”

My suggestion: As you read the Daily Posts, listen to the Lord and see if He brings someone to mind that you need to send it to. If they respond with interest, take them on a tour of the site. Show them the introductory video, the CO2 flyer and where to sign up. As far as I’m concerned, people can join the “party” (the October Experiment) at any time.
