Over the last seven years, close to 2000 people have learned our two foundational rhythms of attention (mostly through the Church 101 course). These rhythms or spiritual disciplines have proved to be very effective at forming healthy house churches. However, some people (like me!) found "checking in" with SASHET to be difficult.
